SCHLIPF „PRACTICE MUTE“

This mute is a brilliant practice mute. It mutes the volume to a low level. Therefore it is suited for practicing in hotels or dwellings! Its waight is only about 1 kg and it can be transported within the tuba. Additionally it provides protection for the bell of the tuba.

Furthermore it leads to an improvement of the air circulation and makes a concentrated embouchure training possible. This mute is offered in 16 models for all tuba sizes.

Important notes:
– With the rotation of the tuba the mute can fall out.
– At the beginning one has to get used to the new air circulation and play the tones centred and with a lot of air!
